he form of this work is constructed from ancient Chinese characters in the fonts of Oracle Bone Script and Chinese Bronze Inscriptions. The top word is 光, which means "light." Light is represented in reflective gold leaf, to simulate a glowing fire. The second part of this word represents a person kneeling 目 "eye," makes up the base of the sculpture. Together, these forms represent insight, which is the result of humility and prayerful thought.
